This project aims to upgrade water resources management and make desalinated water to be substitute water supply for improving water resources supply and management on outlaying islands.
After the project finished, the plant can approximately supply 2,190,000 CMY (6,000 CMD each day) water, which meets Taiwan’s drinking water quality standards and satisfies the water demand of Magong until 2031, each year.
The plant consists of water intake and drainage system, pre-treatment system, RO system, and post-treatment system.
